Olive Oil
When only the purest will do.
One of our longtime goals has always been to produce an olive oil with a rich, buttery texture and unmatched quality. Today, we take pride in every step that brings that vision to life.
The meticulous manner in which the Farquar family works, harvests, and crafts their olive oil is well known throughout Ramona and beyond.
From the way they plant and tend each tree to the way they harvest and process every olive, their approach is nothing short of an art form—an art defined by perfect timing, deep passion, and heartfelt dedication. It’s no wonder they have loyal customers who return again and again.
In (date), we began our adventure in olive farming. Watching our trees flourish and produce small, green olives destined for fine, extra-virgin olive oil has been one of the most exciting and rewarding experiences of our lives.
For the past (XX) years, we have farmed with a genuine love for the craft. Our very first crop in (year) surprised and delighted us with an exceptional olive oil—bold, bright, and of the highest quality.
Our Tuscan-style extra virgin olive oils are made exclusively from green, unripe olives.
Tuscan oils are known for being rich and pungent with a fresh, grassy aroma. Ours carry those same beloved traits: grassy and buttery with a mild, pleasant bitterness, finishing with a peppery crescendo. They are also exceptionally high in polyphenols. Our Tuscan varietals include Frantoio, Leccino, Maurino, Pendolino, and Taggiasca.
We farm naturally and remain pesticide-free. Our olives are hand-harvested with care into clean buckets, trays, and bins to avoid bruising. We offer both filtered and unfiltered oils, all first cold-pressed for maximum flavor and integrity. Our chemistry meets—and often exceeds—all certification standards, and we proudly guarantee a pure, exceptionally high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
Drizzle our nutrient-rich oils over roasted or grilled dishes, blend them into dressings, or swirl them over pasta or pizza. Pair them with chicken, fish, salads, dips, baked goods, or even fun treats like popcorn and ice cream.
